Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

International Shipping

Powers Gems offers international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Powers Gems is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
