·         Curated boxes are not a clearance channel. Every piece is selected with purpose and meets our brand standards.

·         Curated boxes provide strong value: the pieces included will be equal to or greater than the price paid for the box. This discount-forward structure is the best way to add exceptional pieces to your collection while enjoying significant savings.

·         Boxes are assembled to showcase a range of materials and forms that reflect the individuality of natural gemstones.

Customization and Requests

·         Customers may include notes or preferences at checkout (e.g., size range, general color family, intended use such as display or jewelry).

·         We thoughtfully consider all customer notes during the curation process and will do our best to honor reasonable requests.

·         Specific colors, exact materials (e.g., a named mineral or exact hue), individual stones, or guaranteed outcomes cannot be promised. The exploratory and variable nature of the offering is central to the experience.

Final Sale and Returns

·         All curated boxes are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for curated box purchases except in the case of shipping damage or items that are materially different from the description (see Quality Assurance below).

·         Please review your order carefully before completing purchase.

Quality Assurance and Condition

·         Every item included in a curated box is inspected for authenticity, condition, and overall presentation. Stones are natural and may show characteristics inherent to their formation (inclusions, matrix, color variation). These are not defects but part of a gem’s individuality.

·         If you receive a box with items damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will evaluate and, where appropriate, offer a remedy.

·         By purchasing a curated box, you acknowledge and accept the final-sale nature of the product and the inherent variability of natural gemstones.
